-Wedding Day Director for ceremony and reception from the beginning to its conclusion
-Arrange appointments for ceremony, reception and rehearsal vendors
-Conduct in the wedding rehearsal only.                -Coordinate guest transportation
-Hotel accommodations for  you out - of - town guests
-Detailed itinerary for day of wedding - mail each vendor
-Call vendors to confirm details of the wedding
